No. Any customer with a working mobile connection of any domestic or international service provider can use Tata DOCOMO Wi-Fi

The duration of Free Wi-Fi depends on the Hotspot and can vary from a few mins to 24 hours

a) If you are using an Apple device, after selecting Tata Docomo Wi-Fi network please go to Safari if the Wi-Fi landing page doesn’t open up automatically. Else, manually enter https://hs.tatadocomo.com/ttsl/home.do
b) If you are using an Android device, please forget Tata Docomo Wi-Fi network and re-select after 30 seconds, else manually enter https://hs.tatadocomo.com/ttsl/home.do
c) Else call our customer care – 1800 266 9434

Click “Resend PIN” on the homepage, else call 1800 266 9434

Only 1 device is allowed per active session. In order to switch devices, please logout of the session from the current device and login from the other device using the same mobile number and PIN

Check the service confirmation SMS for the logout url else go to the landing page and click on ‘Switch To Another Device’ to logout https://hs.tatadocomo.com/ttsl/home.do

Visit the landing page and login using the same mobile number and PIN (select ‘Already have PIN’ option)

Some of the common error messages encountered are as follows -
i. Authentication Failed: Incorrect Password entered
ii. Authorization Failed: Free usage quota exhausted
iii. User Profile Not Found: Mobile number and PIN combination does not match
iv. User Profile Expired: PIN validity is over
v. Balance Insufficient: Insufficient balance left in the pack. (New pack to be purchased to continue)
vi. Network Interruption: User is already logged in from another device
vii. Voucher is already activated: Voucher code entered is not valid for this Voucher number

It is mandatory to have an active mobile connection (domestic or international with roaming enabled) in order to be able to receive a PIN or an OTP (One Time Password) for authentication. In case of select Airport Hotspots (Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Chennai), you may approach the Information Desk to speak to an onsite Tata Docomo customer support executive who will assist you further

This is a regulatory requirement mandated by the Department of Telecommunication of India as it is the means of authenticating a user of Public Wi-Fi

New User
1. Click on “Buy Plans Online” and select the pack you want to purchase
2. Select “Country” from drop-down & enter Mobile Number
3. Check the “Terms & Conditions” box and click “Get PIN”
4. Enter the PIN received via SMS and click on “Submit”
5. Complete your payment by choosing the appropriate payment option and you’d be connected to internet

Existing User
1. Click on “Buy Plans Online” and select the pack you want to purchase
2. Select “Country” from drop-down & enter Mobile Number
3. Check the “Terms & Conditions” box and click “Already have PIN”
4. Enter your PIN
5. Complete your payment by choosing the appropriate payment option and you’d be connected to internet

i. Go to your mobile phone settings and switch Wi-Fi ON
ii. Select Autoconnect@TataDocomoWiFi
iii. Go to EAP Method and select SIM option (Go to Advanced Settings if it doesn’t appear directly)
iv. Ensure you select the SIM slot in which Tata Docomo SIM is inserted
v. Click on Connect

i. Visit https://www.tatadocomo.com/en-in/sim-based-auto-login and download the iOS mobile config file from your iPhone
ii. Install the Autoconnect profile on the device by following the steps on appearing on the screen
iii. Go to your mobile phone settings and switch Wi-Fi ON
iv. Select Autoconnect@TataDocomoWiFi from list of available networks and enable the auto-join option

Tata DOCOMO GSM customers can now use the SIM based auto login feature for seamless connectivity at Tata DOCOMO Wi-Fi hotspots. This usage gets billed to their postpay account as per the tariff of the data pack subscribed to or deducted from the data pool/core balance on the prepay account.
